Common use of Binding Effect of Lease Clause in Contracts

Binding Effect of Lease. The covenants, agreements and obligations herein contained, except as herein otherwise specifically provided, shall extend to, bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective personal representatives, heirs, successors and permitted assigns. Landlord, at any time and from time to time, may make an assignment of Landlord’s interest in this Lease, and, in the event of such assignment and the assumption by the assignee of the covenants and agreements to be performed by Landlord herein, Landlord and Landlord’s successors and assigns (other than the assignee of this Lease) shall be released from any and all liability hereunder.
