Binding Effect of Lease. Section 27.1. The covenants, agreements and obligations contained in this Lease shall, except as herein otherwise provided, extend to, bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns. The Lease is in full force and effect and there are no existing Lease Events of Default or Manufacturer Events of Default thereunder nor have events occurred which with the giving of notice, the passage of time or both would constitute a Lease Event of Default or Manufacturer Event of Default.
