Common use of Binding Appointment Clause in Contracts

Binding Appointment. The provisions of this Agreement, including without limitation Article IX hereof, shall be binding upon each Equity Holder and the executors, heirs, legal representatives and successors of each Equity Holder, and any references in this Agreement to an Equity Holder or the Equity Holders shall mean and include the successors to the Equity Holders’ rights hereunder, whether pursuant to testamentary disposition, the laws of descent and distribution or otherwise.

Binding Appointment.
