Common use of Binding Appointment Clause in Contracts

Binding Appointment. The provisions of this Agreement, including without limitation Article 10, shall be binding upon each Principal Stockholder and the executors, heirs, legal representatives and successors of each Principal Stockholder, and any references in this Agreement to a Principal Stockholder or the Principal Stockholders shall mean and include the successors to the Principal Stockholders’ rights hereunder, whether pursuant to testamentary disposition, the laws of descent and distribution or otherwise.

Binding Appointment.
