For each shipment tendered to CARRIER, CARRIER will provide to the shipper a standard xxxx of lading that is in accordance with 49 C.F.R. §373, listing the consignor and consignee, the origins and destinations, the number of packages, the description of the freight, and the weight, volume or measurement of the freight. The Parties agree that BROKER will not be a party to the xxxx of lading.
