If Tenant believes an invoice is incorrect, Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing within five (5) days of the date of the invoice. In the notice, Tenant shall include Tenant's name, the number of the Apartment Unit and the dollar amount of the suspected error, and describe the suspected error and explain why Tenant believes there is an error.
