Billing Information and Assignments; Establishment of Fees. The Practice shall promptly provide the Business Manager with all billing and other information reasonably requested by the Business Manager to enable it to bill xxx collect the Practice's fees and other charges and reimbursement claims pursuant to Section 3.9, and the Practice shall use its best efforts to procure consents to assignments and other approvals and documents necessary to enable the Business Manager to obtain payment or reimbursement from third parties for such fees, other charges and claims. The Practice shall establish reasonable fees for all professional and ancillary services and pharmaceutical items in connection with the provision of Professional Eye Care Services.
