Billing Information and Assignments; Establishment of Fees. The Practice shall promptly provide the Retail Business Manager with all billing and other information reasonably requested by the Retail Business Manager to enable it to xxxx and collect the Dispensary’s fees and other charges and reimbursement claims pursuant to Section 3.9, and the Practice shall use its best efforts to procure consents to assignments and other approvals and documents necessary to enable the Retail Business Manager to obtain payment or reimbursement from third parties for such fees, other charges and claims.
