BILLING AND CHARGEBACK. The State will continue to provide billing and charge-back services for those functions and services that ITG continues to provide to State agencies and the Departments. Provider will assume all other billing functions as delineated and defined per the requirements specific to each Service Element and must provide all billing in an electronic format as specified in this Agreement. The State will coordinate its billing services with Provider as specified in the Billing Transition and Transformation Plan.
