Common use of BIDDING DOCUMENT Clause in Contracts

BIDDING DOCUMENT. The Bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms and conditions and technical specifications in the Bidding Documents. Failure to furnish all information required by the Bidding Documents or submission of a bid not substantially responsive to the Bidding Documents in every respect will be at the Bidders’ risk and may result in the rejection of its bid without any further reference to the bidder. Bidder should strictly submit the bid as per RFP failing which bid will be rejected as non-responsive.
