Bid Proposal. Bid shall be complete in all respects and shall be submitted with requisite information and Attachments. It shall be free from any ambiguity. For preparation of Bids, Bidders are expected to go through the complete bidding documents carefully. Material deficiencies in providing the information requested may result in rejection of the Bid.
