Common use of Bid Phase Clause in Contracts

Bid Phase. The bid phase of the project shall consist of submitting final drawings (11x17), Project Manual, attending pre-bid meeting, answering questions from the bidders, preparation of addenda, preparation of bid tabs, review for unbalanced bids and recommendation of award of the project. This task will include submitting CDs with all of Bid Documents after the project has been awarded.
