Common use of Bid Packages Clause in Contracts

Bid Packages. The Associate shall obtain all necessary prevailing wage determinations and shall include them in packages of the Contract Documents. The Associate shall assemble the Contract Documents into appropriate packages and shall provide a sufficient quantity of Contract Documents to the University for distribution to prospective Bidders, including without limitation any applicable local or regional plan room organizations.
