Common use of Bibliographic Citations Clause in Contracts

Bibliographic Citations. Licensee, the Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may use, with appropriate credit, figures, tables, and brief excerpts from the Licensed Materials in the Authorized User’s own scientific, scholarly, and educational works. For the avoidance of doubt, the use of figures in publications or other externally distributed works is not permitted except as otherwise licensed by Licensor or the copyright holder. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensee, the Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may use citation and abstract information in faculty profiling systems, in lists of publications on faculty and institutional web pages, and to create bibliographies, and store a single copy of an individual document being part of the Licensed Materials, including within secure personal bibliographic reference/citation management systems.
