Common use of Bibliographic Citations Clause in Contracts

Bibliographic Citations. Licensee, the Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may use, with appropriate credit, figures, tables, and brief excerpts from the Licensed Materials in the Authorized User’s own scientific, scholarly, and educational works for personal use, library deposit, and/or use solely within the Institution(s) with which the Authorized User is affiliated. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensee, the Participating Institutions and Authorized Users may use citation and abstract information in faculty profiling systems, in lists of publications on faculty and institutional web pages, and to create bibliographies, and store a single copy of an individual document being part of the Licensed Materials, including within secure personal bibliographic reference/citation management systems.
