Common use of Bibliographic Citations Clause in Contracts

Bibliographic Citations. Authorized Users may use, with appropriate credit given, figures, tables, and brief excerpts from the Licensed Materials in Authorized Users’ own scientific, scholarly, and educational works. For the avoidance of doubt, the Authorized Users may use citation and abstract information in faculty profiling systems, in lists of publications on faculty and institutional web pages, and to create bibliographies, and store a single copy of an individual document being part of the Licensed Materials, including within secure personal bibliographic reference/citation management systems.
