Beverage Carts. Concessionaire shall provide beverage service, including liquor service, from beverage carts on days and times mutually agreed between Concessionaire and City's Director of Golf. The City owns one beverage cart and will allow the Concessionaire to use said cart at no expense for as long as it is mutually agreed to by all parties. Concessionaire shall provide liability insurance covering operation of the cart, along with liquor liability insurance covering the dispensing of beverages while using the cart. Liability coverage shall be at least $1,500,000 combined single limit or such other amount as set forth in Minn. Stat. § 466.06, subd. l , as may be changed from time to time, setting forth a municipality's maximum liability limit. Liquor liability coverage applicable to the cart shall be at least the minimum amounts required by statute. City shall be named as an additional insured with respect to use of the cart and copies of the policies of insurance shall be deposited with the City Clerk prior to use of the cart by Concessionaire.
Beverage Carts. Vendor will be provided two (2) golf carts at each Golf Course by the City for on-course beverage sales. Vendor’s staff is to be trained in the safe operation of beverage carts while on the Golf Courses. An example of the type of training needed includes when and how to approach golfers while on the Golf Course. a. Any costs to repair damaged beverage carts caused by Vendor, or Vendor’s staff, is the sole responsibility of Vendor. b. Gas to operate the beverage carts will be the sole responsibility of the City.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Food and Beverage All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);

  • Food and Beverages Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all food and beverage to be serviced on the Hotel property must be supplied and prepared by the Hotel. The Hotel has the right to cease service of alcoholic beverages in the Event that persons under the state mandated age limit are present at the Event and attempt to receive service of alcoholic beverages. Hotel further reserves the right to deny alcoholic beverage service to guests who appear to be intoxicated.

  • Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant or local match funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.

  • Gross Beta Flags A = Result acceptable, Bias <= +/- 50% with a statistically positive result at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty > 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, does not include zero). N = Result not acceptable, Bias > +/- 50% or the reported result is not statistically positive at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty <= 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, includes zero).
