Between Divisions. In those cases where it is necessary to transfer an employee involuntarily from one Division to another Division due to organizational restructuring, the County will select the least senior qualified employee in the classification.
Between Divisions. An employee who wishes to transfer to a different division will return to the lowest ranking open position in the new division.
