Best Practices. Contractor shall, and shall ensure that each Subcontractor shall, satisfy the PWA Best Practices, and Contractor shall ensure that any contract with a Subcontractor includes language therein to ensure such Subcontractor’s compliance with the obligations with respect to Subcontractors in this Section 2.13.
