Bereavement Leave (Full. Time) Employees may use up to six (6) work days, three (3) of which are bereavement days and three (3) of which are sick days, for bereavement of the death of a family member defined as spouse, spouse substitute, children, parents, siblings, grandparents grandparents-in-law, grandchildren, parents-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, legal guardians and dependents.
