Common use of Benefits Structuring Clause in Contracts

Benefits Structuring. During the years of prior to the period of leave, any benefits related to salary level shall be structured according to the salary the participant would have received during the deferral period had the employee not been in the A participant's coverage for Life Insurance, Extended Health, Dental Plan and/or Pension Plan in effect immediately prior to the leave will be maintained during the leave of absence at the employee's option, if eligibility conditions permit.
