Common use of Benefits Plan Clause in Contracts

Benefits Plan. Employees with an assigned FTE of forty-eight (48) hours or more per pay period are considered full-time for benefit eligibility purposes. Employees with an assigned FTE between thirty-two (32) and forty-seven (47) hours per pay period are considered part-time for benefit eligibility purposes. Employees can enroll in the benefit plans on the first of the month following thirty (30) days of active employment in a benefit eligible position.
