Benefits of the Union Sick Bank. a) If an employee is approved to use the Union Sick Bank, effective on the first day of eligibility and continuing each duty day thereafter while eligible for the USB, the employee will receive seventy (70) percent (%) of his/her daily rate of pay, not 100%; and,

Benefits of the Union Sick Bank. a) If an employee is approved to use the Union Sick Bank, effective on the first day of eligibility and continuing each for ninety (90) duty day days thereafter while eligible for the USB, the employee will shall receive one hundred (100) percent (%) of his/her daily rate of pay. The employee shall receive seventy (70) percent (%) of his/her daily rate of paypay for the use of approved USB days beyond ninety (90) days through the maximum number of USB days allowable, not 100%as identified above in paragraph H; and,
