BENEFITS IN CONNECTION WITH TERMINATION. Employee shall be entitled to the following payments and benefits in connection with the termination of his employment and Board memberships, subject to Employee's prior execution of a general release of claims substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and provided Employee does not revoke such release during the Revocation Period as permitted under the terms of such release. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Revocation Period" means the period commencing on the Termination Date and ending on the seventh day immediately following the Termination Date (the "Revocation Period").
