Common use of Benefits; Assignment Clause in Contracts

Benefits; Assignment. This Agreement is not intended to confer upon any person other than the parties any rights or remedies hereunder and shall not be assigned by operation of law or otherwise; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the officers and directors of the Company are intended beneficiaries of the covenants and agreements contained in Section 5.10.
