Common use of Benefit of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Benefit of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to give to any Person other than the Trust, the Rights Agent and the holders of the Rights any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this Agreement; but this Agreement shall be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Trust, the Rights Agent and the holders of the Rights.
