Beneficiary’s Uniform Commercial Code Remedies. Beneficiary may exercise its rights of enforcement with respect to Service Equipment, fixtures, Contracts, Leases, Rents and Proceeds under the Code. Beneficiary may appoint or delegate any one or more persons as agent to perform any act or acts necessary or incident to any sale held by Beneficiary, including the sending of notices and the conduct of the sale, but in the name and on behalf of Beneficiary, and Beneficiary shall have the right at any time to enforce Grantor’s rights against account debtors and obligors.
