Change of Entity; Address. Grantor shall not change the jurisdiction of its organization from the jurisdiction specified in the initial paragraph of this Deed of Trust, its type of entity from the type of entity specified in the initial paragraph of this Deed of Trust, its name from the name specified in the initial paragraph of this Deed of Trust, or its organizational identification number from the organizational number specified in the initial paragraph of this Deed of Trust, unless Grantor has delivered to Beneficiary 30 days prior written notice and taken such actions as Beneficiary may reasonably require with respect to such change. Absent such official written notice of a change in address for Grantor, then Beneficiary and Trustee shall be entitled for all purposes under this Deed of Trust to rely upon Grantor’s address as set forth in the initial paragraph of this Deed of Trust, as same may have been theretofore changed in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • CHANGE OF SPECIFIED OFFICE If any Paying Agent determines to change its specified office it shall give to the Issuer and the Agent written notice of that fact giving the address of the new specified office which shall be in the same city and stating the date on which the change is to take effect, which shall not be less than 45 days after the notice.
