Common use of Behavior Clause in Contracts

Behavior. Residents are accountable for any behavior that infringes on individual and group rights and/or jeopardizes the health and safety of individuals and property. All residents must abide by the regulations in this Agreement, as well as Framingham State policies (as outlined in the Framingham State Ram Student Handbook; Guide to Residence Living; and/or other official publications and notices) and local, State and Federal laws and regulations. Behavior in violation of policies or regulations may result in the resident’s dismissal from the residence halls and/or other sanctions in accordance with Framingham State administrative procedures. Residents who are required to leave residency due to disciplinary sanctions related to a Framingham State policy violation or termination of this Agreement for behavioral reasons are not eligible for a refund of room or meal plan charges. Residents are responsible for the behavior of their guests and a guest’s behavior will be imputed to the host resident.
