Battery Maintenance. Battery assessments are performed prior to testing, test set-up, battery discharge, battery recharge test, and tear-down. In substations containing Common Use Facilities, the owner of the substation shall develop and implement a maintenance and testing plan that meets or exceeds all applicable battery maintenance requirements as specified by the Applicable Reliability Standards.
