Annual Inspection. LICENSEE shall allow LICENSOR’s representative, one annual inspection, during regular business hours or at such other times as may be mutually agreeable, to inspect LICENSEE’s books and records to the extent reasonably necessary to determine LICENSEE’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
Annual Inspection. At least annually, the SBWMA shall inspect or cause to be inspected by a qualified and licensed civil engineer all of its Facilities, including all property, land, equipment, and other items owned by the SBWMA.
Annual Inspection. An annual inspection of the Shelter shall be conducted by the Regional Director of the Humane Society of the United States or a local veterinarian. Additionally, the City’s Facility Manager or a City Building Inspector shall accompany the Regional Director or the local veterinarian on the inspection.

One time in each Lease Year, Port and/or its Agents shall conduct an inspection of Port’s Equipment and the Premises, including without limitation, the buildings to ensure that Tenant is meeting its maintenance and repair obligations under this Lease. Tenant shall cooperate with Port and its Agents in conducting the inspection, evaluating the condition of Port’s Equipment and the Premises, and shall promptly take actions required to comply with recommendations in Port’s written report (if any) in the time period specified by Port to meet its obligations under this Lease.
Annual Inspection. PBH will make semi-annual inspections of the premises taking into consideration, “furnishings”, “equipment”, “décor” and “appeal”. On the basis of this inspection, all units managed by PBH will be rated in one of three categories: (1) acceptable, (2) marginal or (3) unacceptable. OWNERS are encouraged to maintain the highest possible maintenance, condition and appearance of rental units, utilizing furnishings of good quality and consistent motif. In the event of an “unacceptable” unit, the OWNER shall be provided a copy of the inspection report and a statement from PBH as to the reason for the rating. Other periodic inspections may be conducted by PBH to insure that properties are properly maintained.
Annual Inspection. For the purposes of this MIP, an Annual Inspection is the same as a 12-month Inspection. An inspection at intervals not to expire later than the last day of the 12th month, following the preceding inspection.

During the Term, and no more than once during any twelve (12) month period, upon at least thirty (30) days prior written request of RO, RO and its designated agents may visit and conduct inspection of those portions of the facilities of GELESIS, an Affiliate, or a Contract Manufacturer where the Product to be supplied under this Agreement is being Manufactured, during regular business hours, to ascertain compliance with CGMP, Applicable Law, and the Specifications in the Manufacture, handling, storage, and shipping of the Product, and to verify GELESIS’ compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (an “Inspection”). As part of any Inspection, RO and its agents may inspect (i) the materials used in the Manufacture of the Product, (ii) the holding facilities for such materials, (iii) the equipment used in the Manufacture of the Product, and (iv) any related records.
Annual Inspection. The City may make annual inspections of all septic tanks and may require an Owner to undertake necessary pumping and repairs.
Annual Inspection. 1.7.1 All Outdoor PE equipment is subject to an annual inspection in order to identify any equipment that is no longer safe through damage, deterioration and wear and tear. Inspections will be carried out at all locations where outdoor gym equipment is currently installed and at all locations where equipment is installed as a result of this contract.
