Battery Back-Up System. Traffic signal battery back-up systems shall be checked by electrical bypass for appropriate operation per the manufacturer’s specifications. The City shall approve the schedule prior to the commencement of work. Contractor shall also review and prepare a report of annual replacement of batteries by location and submit to the City.
