The Bathroom Equity clause ensures that all parties to an agreement have fair and equal access to bathroom facilities within a shared space. In practice, this clause may specify the number of bathrooms available, set schedules for usage, or outline maintenance responsibilities to prevent disputes over cleanliness or availability.
