The Bathroom Equity clause ensures that all parties to an agreement have fair and equal access to bathroom facilities within a shared space. In practice, this clause may specify the number of bathrooms available, set schedules for usage, or outline maintenance responsibilities to prevent disputes over cleanliness or availability. Its core function is to promote fairness and prevent conflicts by clearly defining bathroom usage rights and obligations among the parties involved.
