BASIS OF PURCHASE. 2.1 A Contract is formed when the Seller accepts any quotation issued by the Buyer (verbal or written) by issuing an Order OR where the Seller performs any act consistent with fulfilling an Order submitted by the Buyer for Goods and/or Services. The Buyer is not obliged to accept any quotation issued by the Seller.
