Basic Terms. This Vendor Contract is on the following basic terms and conditions: (a) Goods and/or services provided by Vendor: (See Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof). (b) Location: Various thoroughfare and residential streets throughout ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (the “City Property”) (c) Schedule: To start June 15th, 2020.
