Common use of Basic Skills Clause in Contracts

Basic Skills. For posting purposes an employee will be required to have the basic mathematical, verbal and reading skills. For those employees that do not have these basic skills, management and the union are prepared to investigate a literacy program if there is sufficient number of interested parts.
