Common use of Basic Skills Clause in Contracts

Basic Skills. The Day ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall: i. Be knowledgeable of general custodial practices, including correct and appropriate application of all chemicals and use of all cleaning machines and tools, including all Contractor-provided tools. ii. Able to speak and write effectively and fluently in English. iii. Possess general maintenance skills. iv. Work productively, unsupervised, and with minimal direction. v. Immediately respond to all requests by the County Project Manager or designee. For immediate health and safety hazards, the Day ▇▇▇▇▇▇ should take immediate action with or without direction from the County Project Manager or designee or other staff.
