Common use of Basic Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Basic Responsibilities. There are certain basic responsibilities that all certified employees must adhere to in all classroom situations, they are as follows: 1. Certified employees will follow the Code of Ethics of the Idaho Teaching Profession. 2. Certified employees will not use profanity in the presence of students. 3. Certified employees will give both sides of any controversial issue. 4. Certified employees will follow approved curriculum guidelines. 5. Certified employees will follow district policy, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. 6. Certified employees will respect the religious beliefs of their students and community.
