Basic Monthly Rent. As of the Expansion Area I Effective Date, Section 1.6 of the Lease is hereby amended to include, in addition to the Basic Monthly Rent previously due under the terms of the Lease, the Basic Monthly Rent for the Expansion Area I as set forth below.
