Basic Maintenance Services. Software Maintenance Services consist of (a) the provision of Software updates, (b) the provision of Error corrections, as defined herein, for the Software, and (c) the provision of telephone support in connection with the Software. Software Maintenance Services will be provided in accordance with the terms of this Section 3 to those customers who have purchased Maintenance Services under this Agreement for the applicable Software. Software Maintenance Services are, and will continue to be, available under this Agreement only to the extent that these services are made available by SISW with respect to the Software, or any portion of the Software, to its customer base in general.
