Common use of Basic Dental Plan Clause in Contracts

Basic Dental Plan. The Company shall pay the full costs of the most currently published O.D.A. Schedule of Fees as it may be from time to time during this agreement.

Basic Dental Plan. The Company Employer shall pay the full costs of the most currently published O.D.A. Schedule of Fees as it may be from time to time during this agreement. In addition, “major” dental coverage will also be provided. The surplus charge shall be paid 50/50 between the employee/Employer.
