Basic Compensation Plan Clause Samples
The Basic Compensation Plan clause defines the structure and terms of payment for services rendered under an agreement. It typically outlines the base salary or fee, payment intervals (such as weekly or monthly), and any standard benefits or allowances included as part of compensation. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of how and when compensation will be provided, reducing the risk of disputes over payment and establishing a predictable financial arrangement.

Each adjustment shall be made only if recommended by the department head and approved by the City Manager or his designee.
