Common use of BASIC BROADCAST SERVICE Clause in Contracts

BASIC BROADCAST SERVICE. The Licensee shall make available a Basic Broadcast Service tier to which subscription is required for access to any other tier of service. Such basic tier shall, at a minimum, consist of: 1) all broadcast television signals carried in fulfillment of the requirements of Section 614 and 615 of the Cable Act of 1992, and 2) all active Public, Educational and Governmental (“PEG”) Access channel(s).
