In addition, the Licensee shall provide one (1) Drop, Outlet and the Standard Service Package at no charge to all new municipal and other public buildings which lie along its cable routes in the Town. The Issuing Authority or its designee shall consult with the appropriate individuals to determine the appropriate location for each Drop prior to requesting that the Licensee install the free service. Nothing in this Section shall require the Licensee to install an additional Drop or Outlet to any municipal or public building which already has a free Drop or Outlet provided under the terms of the prior license.

In addition, the Licensee shall provide one (1) Drop, Outlet and the lowest level of Cable Service at no charge to all new municipal and other Town owned public buildings which lie along its cable routes in the Town, subject to the limitations set forth in Article 3 herein. The Issuing Authority or its designee shall consult with the appropriate individuals to determine the appropriate location for each Outlet prior to requesting that the Licensee install the free service. Nothing in this Section shall require the Licensee to install an additional Drop or Outlet to any municipal or Town owned public building which already has a free Drop or Outlet provided under the terms of the prior license.

- SUBSCRIBER NETWORK CABLE DROPS. [SEE G.L.c. 166A 5(e)] The Licensee shall install one (1) Drop, Outlet and the Standard Service Package to all municipal and other public buildings reasonably requested in writing by the Issuing Authority which lie along its cable routes in the Town. Said installation shall be without charge, provided the distance from the System to the building is no more than two hundred feet (200 ft.) and absent of other unusual installation conditions and requirements. Should the distance be greater, the Issuing Authority may release the Licensee in writing from its obligation or the Town may pay the Licensee all direct incremental costs incurred to provide the installation in excess of two hundred feet (200 ft.). The Issuing Authority or its designee shall consult with the appropriate individuals to determine the appropriate location for each Drop prior to requesting that the Licensee install the free service. Nothing in this Section shall require the Licensee to install an additional Drop or Outlet to any municipal or public building which already has a free Drop or Outlet provided under the terms of the prior license.

In addition, the Licensee shall provide one (1) Drop, Outlet and the Total Basic Service Package at no charge to all new municipal and other City owned public buildings which lie along its cable routes in the City. If such location is in excess of 150 feet, the City shall be responsible for such additional cost for installation beyond said 150 feet. The Issuing Authority or its designee shall consult with the appropriate individuals to determine the appropriate location for each Outlet prior to requesting that the Licensee install the free service. Nothing in this Section shall require the Licensee to install an additional Drop or Outlet to any municipal or City owned public building which already has a free Drop or Outlet provided under the terms of the prior license. Upon request by the Issuing Authority, the Licensee shall, subject to supplier availability, provide coaxial cable for the wiring of public schools in City with a total value not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).
- SUBSCRIBER NETWORK CABLE DROPS. (a) Licensee shall continue to provide a single Cable Drop, an Outlet and monthly Basic Cable Service, at no charge to the Town, to each Public Building located along the existing cable route as of the Effective Date, as designated by the Issuing Authority within the Town, listed in Exhibit A attached hereto, provided such are considered to be a Standard Installation and absent any other unusual installation conditions and/or installation requirements.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Subscriber Data Subscriber will timely supply Netgateway, in a form acceptable to Netgateway, with all data necessary for Netgateway to perform the ongoing services to be provided hereunder. It is the sole responsibility of Subscriber to insure the completeness and accuracy of such data.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):

  • NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract with us or any other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan. For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
