Common use of Basic Agreement Clause in Contracts

Basic Agreement. ‌ It is the intent and purpose of the Agreement to assure sound and mutually beneficial working and economic relations between the parties hereto, to provide an orderly and peaceful means of resolving any misunderstanding or differences which may arise, and to set forth herein the basic and full agreement between the parties concerning wages, hours, and other terms and working conditions of employment.
