The set of documents that consists of photographs, maps, surveys and supporting text that the Grantor and Grantee mutually agree describes the general condition of the Easement Property, documents the location of buildings, improvements, and driveways on the Easement Property, and defines the boundaries of the Designated Use Areas (hereinafter defined) of the Easement Property.
