Based Aircraft Report Clause Samples
The Based Aircraft Report clause requires the regular submission of information detailing all aircraft that are permanently stationed at a particular airport or facility. Typically, this involves providing a list of aircraft, including their registration numbers and owners, on a periodic basis such as monthly or annually. This clause ensures that the facility maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all based aircraft, which is essential for operational planning, regulatory compliance, and safety management.
