Baseboards Clause Samples

The Baseboards clause defines the requirements and standards for the installation or maintenance of baseboards within a property or construction project. Typically, it specifies the materials, dimensions, and finish that must be used, as well as the locations where baseboards are to be installed, such as along the bottom of interior walls. This clause ensures that the finished space meets aesthetic and functional expectations, preventing disputes over workmanship and clarifying the scope of work for contractors.
