Common use of Base Plan Clause in Contracts

Base Plan. A plan that is maintained by the Local Public Health Authority (LPHA), describing fundamental roles, responsibilities, and activities performed during prevention, preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery phases of FEMA’s disaster management cycle. This plan may be titled as the Emergency Support Function #8, an annex to the County Emergency Operations Plan, Public Health All-Hazards Plan, or other title that fits into the standardized county emergency preparedness nomenclature.
