Base Component. (1) To the extent that the Net Settlement Fund is sufficient in (2) If the Net Settlement Fund is not sufficient to make a $10.00 payment to each Participating Settlement Class Member, then the Net Settlement Fund shall be divided equally among Participating Settlement Class Members, and no Additional Component shall be distributed.
